Residential Sealcoating

When was the last time your asphalt driveway was sealcoated?  Most asphalt with regular traffic, sun and weather exposure should get sealcoat every 3 to 5 years.  Most people don't keep up with a good asphalt maintenance program but I can tell you the ones that do.  I have seen asphalt that is 15 to 20 years old that looks like it is only 5 because it is maintained.

Give us a call to schedule an estimator to come out and look at your driveway.  We offer the best product available with service and quality application that is unbeatable.   If we can we try to spray our sealcoat.  We take extra care around concrete and areas that cannot have over-spray.  We apply two coats and usually if an asphalt driveway needs sealcoat, it should get two coats.

Every once in a while I'll meet a customer who just loves the look of a freshly sealcoated driveway and even if it does not need it, they want it.  Sometimes this can lead to a buildup of too much sealcoat and I have seen where the sealcoat can start cracking and peeling up.  This isn't a good thing.  Sealcoat is designed to wear down back to the original asphalt before sealing again, but, I won't tell a customer "no".  In a situation like this I might apply only one coat to give it that fresh new look again.
